I see that Kim Henderson is getting her hair done at your location at 2pm this afternoon. Since I, Kimberly Henderson, live in Atlanta, I will have a hard time making it to the appointment in time. When this impostor arrives at your location this afternoon, I suggest you let her know that you are aware of her corrupt and ill-advised plan to annoy me. It is clear that she is envious of my email address and hopes that by harassing me via Drybar appointments, reminders and all the other emails you send that I might someday give in and let her have my email address. Please tell her that this is not going to happen. Over my dead body will she get this email address from me. In fact, I plan to live a very long time.

You might also want to tell her that she's lucky I haven't cancelled every single one of her appointments.
